Heather did the Double Dip in 2009 and decided she wanted to tackle it again.  The Double Dip is basically a half marathon up and down the side of a mountain.  While she did the Double Dip I did the Single Dip (6 mile trail run).  I had so much fun.  Heather improved her time and vowed she would never do the run again (we will see about that).

 For dinner we all went for burgers and beers.  Griffin had his first pickle and surprisingly really liked it.

However, Griffin was not too sure of Pete.
