This past week started out with me being sleep deprived and Charlotte being very fussy. We had a couple really difficult days but I was able to get some rest and Charlotte has started to sleep a bit more during the day. She is still not a great napper but she has taken an hour long nap each day this week. I hate to even type that sentence or say it out loud for fear that it will jinx it and she will go back to her three 20 minute power naps a day. It is amazing how having her sleep for just one hour during the day allows me to decompress and get a few things done around the house.
We moved Charlotte from our bedroom to her crib Monday night. She sleeps for about 2-3 hours at a time but thankfully has gone back to sleep in her crib. It is amazing how it allows me to sleep better without having her right next to me making all of her cute sleep noises.
She has grown out of all of her newborn clothes which is hard for me to believe. Everyone says it but they do grow so fast. She also is getting very good at holding her head up. When she was in her car seat her head used to dangle like a rotten grape on a withered vine. Now she holds her head up and looks around. Also when she is on her stomach she holds her head up. She is one strong girl!
Here are some pictures from this past week:
